OpenCastLabs is seeking a consultant with the following capabilities. 
·        Understanding of the financial landscape and trends within the East African region
·        Expertise in carrying out financial and institutional assessments of microfinance institutions
·        Experience in adult learning methodologies
·   participatory rural appraisal (pra) 
·        Previous experience in developing products for microfinance institutions
·        Strong qualitative and quantitative research and report writing skills
·        Approval/Certification to conduct MicroSave Market Research for Microfinance Course
