National Consultants wanted

UNECA is conducting a study  on the creative economy as a development path way for youth employment in  Selected African countries and would like to IMMEDIATELY HIRE 5 national consultants from:
South Africa, Kenya,Egypt, Cameroon and Nigeria .

We would like to kindly ask you to recommend consultants from these countries who have done some work in Social Accounting Matrices (SAM) and relevant information related to the creative economy and youth employment as advised by the lead consultant.
