Mumias Sugar is currently looking to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer to provide executive leadership and direction to the Company. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading and managing change. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will ensure that MSC realizes its business turnaround objectives and creates an environment that promotes staff commitment to the achievement of the organizational vision, mission, and strategy.
He/she will have daily overreaching responsibility for all activities managed by MSC Heads of Department and be responsible for ensuring the provision of credible information and feedback to the Board of Directors, supporting the design and implementation of programs, monitoring, and effective communications to all stakeholders.
He/she will have a critical role of managing the ongoing restructure process so as to achieve business efficiency and turnaround.
