Software Developers/Engineers

Do you have skills in Mobile Banking, Custom Software Development and Web Solutions?  We are looking for you.

The ideal candidate shall be responsible for designing, developing and implementing commercially viable software solutions and deploy these on clients’ site within set timelines.
 The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years continuous working experience in developing ATM Solutions, Mobile Banking, Email banking and internet banking Applications.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing and implementing commercially viable software solutions and deploy these on clients site within set timelines
  • Coming up with requirement specification as well as statement of work (SoW) documents and tools relevant in software development life cycle
  • Carrying out software modeling and simulation as well as front end graphical user interface design
  • Coming up with appropriate software designs for solutions that can be developed and implemented easily
  • Documenting the developed work using various standards and procedures to ensure that solutions are easily understandable and usable
  • Integrating various software solutions with pre-existing or new software and hardware solutions
  • Deploying, installing, configuring, setting up and testing systems at clients’ sites as well as offer support and solutions to these clients concerning products offered to them
  • Carrying out software, code, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis
Qualification and Competencies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Software Development, IT, Computer Science majoring in software development
  • Must have 3 years working experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience in desktop and web development with Java SE, J2ME, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, ASP, Net, C#, VB.Net and Ajax
  • Proficient in use of Database platforms; Oracle, SQL Server, MySql, XML, Sybase, FoxPro and Postgres
  • Ability to deliver top quality software working solutions within set deadline limits and specifications
  • Proven record of human and project organization and management skills
