CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANTS (NAIROBI, NYERI, THIKA, NAKURU, KISUMU, BUNGOMA AND ELDORET COUNTIES) HR/08/12/002
Responsibilities
  • Receiving clients and calls
  • Managing the jingle at the reception
  • Participating in preparing the customer care Annual budget
  • Conversion of walk in clients to sales
  • Accurate Loans review
  • Efficient loan processing
  • Revisions  loans
Minimum Requirements
  • Must have a diploma/degree in business related field.
  • KCSE C plain with a C+ in mathematics and English
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a busy environment
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and fluently in both English and Swahili.
  • Must possess the will to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Should be self-confident and innovative
