Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is about learning business
fast. It is about growing iconic multi-million business, market-leading
brands from day one. It is tapping into continuous business mentoring,

practical insights and closely observe and learn how the business works

UFLP is the
One Unilever approach to a world class graduate development process.
This means that the programme is consistent across all Unilever
countries. On the UFLP you will experience various development elements
(e.g. on-boarding, rotations, formal training, etc.) that will assist
you on your journey in becoming a leader. As a future leader you
will need to be focused and ambitious. To become a true leader in
Unilever you will need to identify opportunities and take responsibility
for your own development from the beginning.

Here is how it works
First,
you choose the business area that best suits your aims and skills. We
are such a broad organization, there is something for all types of
people, skills and interests. The options are: Finance, Supply Chain
Engineering (Manufacturing), Supply Chain Planning, Logistics &
Procurement, Marketing, Customer Development and Human Resources.
Generally
we do not specify a certain type of degree. It is your attributes that
we are interested in: analytical minds, teamwork and leadership.
How to apply
Step 1:
Click on the “apply” icon. This will take you to the “Careers Landing Page”.
Step 2:
You will need to create an email account that you can access outside of university – if you have one already, awesome!
We recommend you use: gmail, webmail, hotmail or yahoo mail.
Step 3:
Click on Search Openings on the landing page to preview graduate career opportunities at Unilever ESA.
Step 4:
Select Functions All & Country All on the landing page to preview graduate career opportunities.
Step 5:
Preview
UFLP Positions & Select a function that you want to apply to i.e.
Marketing, Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Research and
Development, Human Resources.
Review the job
description and click on “apply to graduate program” …. This will take
you into the UFLP application screen were you will need to create a
login.
Step 6:
Create a
Login - this will take you to a privacy policy disclaimer which gives
us permission to contact you based on the amazing application form that
you are about to complete!
Step 7:
Click on Agree to Privacy Policy this will allow you to begin creating your profile on the application system.
Step 8:
Click on fill in your email address and select a password this will allow you to begin completing your online application form.
Step 9:
Complete your application form by populating all the required fields.
Step 10:
Once
your application form is complete you will need to login to your
profile to attach your certificate, university academic results (on a
university letter head) and ID document to your application profile.
Login
to your profile using your email and password and click on "Edit your
profile" to upload the required documents select the file using the
“BROWSE” link to upload a PDF , word, jpeg, mpeg document. You will
also need to select a category from the following “Miscellaneous,
CV/Resume/Interim Transcripts / Transcripts” – select the relevant
category and the click “SAVE”
You have now successfully completed your online application.
Well done! Note that a Unilever Recruiter will be in touch with you regarding scheduling for the next selection step.
Step 11:
Your Application is now complete.
- Should you have successfully completed the application form, a Unilever Recruiter will be in touch with you regarding arrangements for your online assessments.
- The application form is a long one so take your time and ensure that you complete it to the best of your ability.
- Remember the system does allow you to save your application form at any stage and continue with it when you have a gap … in your hectic schedule.
- Don’t forget your login and password!
