The Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI) is the capacity
building agency of the Ministry of Education.
The Institute is seeking to recruit suitably qualified Kenyan citizens
to fill in the following vacant positions:
TRAINERS JG: “N” (25 POSTS) Ref:
KEMI/HR/2/2/2013
Gross Salary Kshs.81,930.00
Successful candidates will be reporting to the Deputy Director Training
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and
coordinate Training programmes.
• Ensure quality of
training programmes
• Coordinate
certification for the participants of training programmes.
• Prepare budget
proposals for the training programme
• Prepare and submit
training reports in a timely manner.
• Engage in research,
innovation and product development
Minimum Requirements
• A Master degree in
Education, Strategic or Business Management from a recognized instituition.
• Minimum three years
of experience in managing capacity development programme
• Good grasp of
research and proposal writing and writing proposals
• Strong analytical
and problem solving skills.
• Excellent
communication skills and interpersonal relationship
• Innovative, team player
and highly motivated.
• Good Computer skills
• Knowledge of E-
learning and financial management is desirable.
