Research Solutions Africa, a leading pan African research provider is looking to engage the following personnel in an upcoming engagement. 

JOB: Programmer: 

Qualifications:
· University Degree in Computer Science or similar field
· Atleast 10 years post qualification experience.
· Relevant experience in development and management of knowledge bases of atleast 5 years.


Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement plan to establish a robust and sustainable centralized knowledge base for the road sub-sector.
· Recommend appropriate software and hardware requirements for the engagement.
· Develop a suitable format for collection of survey data on the status of research activities to enable summarized reports.
Duration:
· One month


Deadline for the submissions is by 11a.m on 4th August 2014.
