Programme Officer: Complaints Grievances Management

services.


The candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in development studies, social sciences or information
technology, 3 years’ work experience preferably with an NGO with at least one year in Northern
Kenya. He/she will have experience in working with Local NGOs, community mobilizations and
reporting.

Programme Officer: Complaints Grievances Management
National Position, based in Nairobi with frequent travel to Northern Kenya
Contract duration – 3 years

The Programme Officer – Complaints and Grievances under HSNP II will provide support to the
execution of the programme by managing data and information collected from the complaints and
grievances database. S/he will be responsible for following it up to ensure that NDMA has acted on it.
The candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, 3 years’ work experience
preferably with an NGO with at least one year in monitoring and evaluation. He/she will have
experience in data collection, processing, analysis, interpretation and management using various
database software as well as knowledge of data quality measurements, analysis methodologies and
reporting tools.
