Information Assistant
Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for daily reconciliation of sales between Shell & Vivo Lubricants Kenya (SVLK) and Vivo Energy Kenya (VEK) to ensure timely and correct daily invoices are generated and presented to VEK for payment. You will coordinate data collection within Lubricants Supply Kenya as an input for timely weekly and monthly management information reporting. The position will also be the focal point for new product introductions into the system.
Reporting to the Lubricants Supply Coordinator you will be expected to:• Daily reconciliation of sales between SVLK and VEK and ensure timely and correct daily invoices are generated and presented to VEK for prompt payment.
• Act as the Market Requirements Document (MRD) focal point for new product introductions in the system by ensuring timely set up of Stock Keeping Unit (SKU’s) in the system.
• Coordinate data collection within the LSC Kenya team and ensure timely weekly and monthly management information reporting.
• Responsible for the timely review of backorders &drivers for On Time In Full (OTIF) failures through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) models that will ensure continuous order fulfillment process improvement.
• Maintain ISO documentation as per the requirements of the Standard set to ensure compliance
Experience and skills
• Graduate degree holder preferably in Business related field.
• One year working experience will add value.
• Strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills.
• Potential to learn and apply new knowledge/techniques.
