Qualification - BE
Experience - 5-7 yrs in sales of Capital Equipment / Engineering Industries. Sales experience in Boiler companies would be preferred.
Role - Sales Manager
Key Deliverables:-
1) Expand the existing market for boilers & heaters.
2) Appoint, Develop & Manage FEVS
3) Working closely with large corporate groups (Identifying & developing
relationships)
4) Venturing into new markets & opportunities to expand the business.
5) Delivering the annual business plan
Requirement:-
1) Good techno-commericial skills.
2) Fluency in English and Local language
3) Knowledge about project sales & execution
4) Communication & Presentation Skills
5) Numerical & Analytical Ability
6) Good Interpersonal Skills
7) Result Oriented
Range of Boilers that are to be sold : 1Ton to 10Ton - will be sold through our Channel partners and > 10Ton would be sold directly by the employee wherein he will be personally involved in closing the deal.
Other Industries : Compressors, Gearbox, Genset/Generator, Material handelling industries - Cranes/ conveyors
Secondly, we need to sit down and come up with an agreement of working togather and have it signed. Because I am looking at hiring a business development person for me hence I see more recruitment assignments.
