Responsibilities
​The incumbent will:
  • participate in the assessment of new medical center sites and the preparation for construction activities
  • assist the Project Manager in the planning and implementation of projects
  • supervise the construction process of new medical centers
  • implement project schedules and time lines
  • compile progress reports
  • schedule activities for maintenance staff as well as maintain the duty roster
  • carry out facilities evaluations and assessments of project activities
  • assist in the supervision of maintenance staff
Requirements
​Applicants should:
  • possess a Diploma in Project Management with 2-3 years’ experience in construction/civil engineering
  • have Certification in Technical Computer skills including AutoCAD, ArchiCAD & MS-Projects
  • Business and/or Accounting qualifications are an added advantage
  • show proficiency in MS Office
  • have strong analytical and negotiating skills
  • have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • be able to work long hours and travel
