Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi invites applications for the position of Supervisor - Night Guards
Responsibilities
​The incumbent will:
  • oversee the outsourced G4S Security Guards working the night shift
  • establish security patrol priorities during the night
  • assist in identifying high risk areas and initiate actions to reduce risk exposure
  • review utilization and maintenance of security equipment
  • relay accurate information in the communication log book and prepare required records and reports as they pertain to the evening/night operation of the Hospital
  • take predetermined action and render first aid in emergencies such as accident, fire and illness
  • resolve emergency situations, deal with issues that may arise and complete all relevant documentation
  • communicate to the relevant authorities and the Head of Security on the operations of the Hospital
  • assist with administrative or other duties as assigned
Requirements
​Applicants should:
  • have O level training with Certification in Criminology and Forensic related Studies
  • have a minimum of four (4) years experience in a similar role
  • have very good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
