Personal Assistant

Our clients seek to recruit a Personal Assistant to assist the Management to make the best use of their time through excellent secretarial and administrative skills. We are particularly looking for   mature candidates with outstanding skills to run a busy office.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Arranging  travelling, accommodation and  occasionally travelling with the  director to take notes at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
  • Answering telephones and direct calls efficiently or take accurate messages where appropriate
  • Organizing and maintaining director’s diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming emails, faxes, posting and often corresponding on behalf of the director
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Preparing reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals/tenders and correspondence
  • Supporting external and Internal communication activities within the allocated parameters of responsibility
  • Organizing, attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Monitoring existing documents to ensure they remain thorough, accurate and up-to-date
  • Reconciling expenses and general administrative duties
  • Any other duty assigned by the superiors


Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies or any other related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role is MUST
  • Outstanding Administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills with ability to be calm under pressure
