Software Developers/Engineers

Do you have skills in Mobile Banking, Custom Software Development and Web Solutions?  We are looking for you.

The ideal candidates shall be responsible for designing, developing and implementing commercially viable software solutions and deploy these on clients’ site within set timelines. 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  •  Designing, developing and implementing commercially viable software solutions and deploy these on clients site within set timelines
  • Overseeing the entire software product development process from design to delivering the product to clients
  • Coming up with requirement specification as well as statement of work (SoW) documents and tools relevant in software development life cycle
  • Documenting the developed work using various standards and procedures to ensure that solutions are easily understandable and usable
  • Integrating various software solutions with pre-existing or new software and hardware solutions
  • Carrying out software, code, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis
  • Documenting all project workflow and applications for easier follow up, coordination, maintenance and support  

Qualification and Competencies

  •  Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT and specifically  majoring in software development
  • A minimum of two years working experience as a software developer for commercial projects
  • Proficient in desktop and web development with Java SE, J2ME, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Ajax
  • Working knowledge of database platforms; Oracle, SQL Server, MySql, XML, Sybase, FoxPro and Postgres
  • Proven record of human and project organization and management skills.
