PRODUCT MANAGER
The Role
Reports to the Business Development Manager and responsible for managing departmental budget and also dealing with Internal and External customers to improve business profitability.Your main responsibilities will involve:

Principal Accountabilities
 Strategy
 Product management
 Head of Technical Presales:
 Training.
 Certification; Ensure that all technicians have a minimum of two certifications
 Project manager / Customer Service agent and Sales Staff
 Resellers
 Managing Technical / Installation staff
 Records
 Reports
 Product and Solutions Marketing

The Person
 A good first degree in Accounting or some other business-related discipline and/or professional qualification will be an added advantage;
 Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing outfit
 Good understanding of the Kenyan and Global economy
 Day to day work flow in Accounts Office
 Maintenance of cash book including petty cash custodian
 Debtors and creditors ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
 Strong analytical skills and trading skills;
 Good Customer Service/Relationship Management
 Superior negotiation skills

QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications
 Bachelors Degree in Business Information Technology / Telecommunication and Information Technology / Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a Higher National Diploma in Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a Minimum 5 years’ Telecommunication Installation industry experience.
 Extensive certification in Professional Telephony Installation courses.

Skills Requirement
 Ability to develop product strategy plans consultatively with relevant stake holders.
 Ability to transfer these technical skills over to other staff.
 Having had experience in large integrated system technical sales, design, implementation and commissioning.
 Sales – Client convincibility through superior product knowledge and experience.
 Training – Ability to teach and
