GOAL is seeking an ambitious and dynamic candidate to join its Kenya programme (GK) team based in Nairobi, with frequent travel to GOAL's operational areas.The role of the Human Resource Manager is to ensure good management and maintenance of Human Resources for the Kenya programme. The Position Reporting to the Head, Reward and Policy, The HR Manager, Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for implementing reward and benefit schemes and programs (salary analysis and recommendation, remuneration surveys, Group ESOP Scheme, Group Bonus Scheme, Pension Schemes, Benevolent and Group Life Schemes), this role provides advanced advisory and analysis support for reward/benefit schemes and programs.
