QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop procedures and strategies to support, create, maintain and manage quality assurance processes and guidelines and ensure operational efficiency. He/She will also be expected to investigate, analyze and resolve problems that have potential of affecting the effective and efficient performance of the company.
Principal Accountabilities
Quality on Internal Operating procedures.
a) Projects
b) Stores
c) Procurement
Quotations and Tenders
Training and Development
Administrative Duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications
CPA (K) or Equivalent desirable.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or 5 years experience in similar position.
Skills Requirements
Analytical and problem solving skills
Decision making skills
Stress management skills
Time management skills
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in order of importance
Client service and public interaction skills
Team building and people management skills
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
