Recruitment Officer

Due to increased market share, Flexi Personnel is seeking to recruit a highly talented Recruitment Officer to support the fast growing recruitment division. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for all administrative activities in regard to recruitment and all other related activities, providing leadership and guidance to the recruitment team while ensuring recruitment activities are well planned, managed and executed within the agreed standards and timelines.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with at least two years working experience in a busy recruitment division.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Prepare Job advertisements and job descriptions as per client’s specifications and Flexi Personnel standards
  • Shortlist and administer competency tests for candidates.
  • Successful delivery of quality short lists  of all recruitment Business for new and existing clients and within agreed timelines
  • Ensuring the database is updated with outstanding prospective candidates daily.  
  • Developing initiatives and strategies to improve the database to ensure that candidates can be supplied for all positions within minimal timelines
  • Follow through client communication to the end while ensuring all communication by the recruitment team is professional and adheres to company communication standards
  • Effectively manage team members and ensure that all targets are delivered in a timely and professional manner. 

Qualifications and Competences
  • HND Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of 2 years-experience in a busy recruitment division
  • Outstanding communicator with well-developed people management skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets  
  • Ability to motivate staff and achieve results
  • A go getter, self-driven personality with passion for excellence.
