Sales Executives

Our client a leading engineering/telecommunication company in Africa has excellent career opportunity for individual who possess a passion for project management, service excellence strong work ethics, are committed to continual improvement and are result oriented. Our client is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced applicant to fill the positions.

SALES EXECUTIVE (5 posts)
Responsible for managing the client accounts and promoting ICT products of the company to existing and prospective client. We endeavor to build and maintain a motivated, capable workforce who are proud to work for the company and able to deliver our commercial strategy.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Identify sales opportunities, setting up initial sales and meeting the client
2. Assessing customer needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs
3. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
4. Answering any technical questions that the client might have.
5. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
6. Follow-up for collection of payment.
7. Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
8. Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
9. Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, completing contracts and recording orders
10. Arranging the delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services
11. Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services
12. Following up on clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services resolving any problems arising
13. Preparing sales reports
14. Willingness to work in a team of professionals.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing or Degree in Information technology with 5 years sales experience.
 At least 4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
 Experience in sales with an ICT sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage
 Good analysis of the market and smart understanding of ICT systems
 Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
 Proven leadership and ability to drive sales
