Business Development Executive

Summary
Qick Televentures is a telecom service provider focused on services in Telecom sector in the field of RF, Transmission, BTS installation, BSC, BSS, MSC, NOC among others which works as a backbone for any Operators or Equipment providers. We are fully supported by Partners from South Africa, Middle East and Canada. We provide high standards of service in Telecom turnkey solutions, design and execution of foundations and other associated Civil Works.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced, energetic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills to fill in the position of Business Development Executive; you will be expected to build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships for the company’s services

Responsibilities
 Put in place mechanisms to ensure that the set targets are achieved.
 Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential business partners and exploring opportunities.
 Analyze the trends of the sales made on a monthly basis.
 Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, financial implication and evaluating options in line with company priorities.
 Devising and implementing sound business strategies/promotional programmes to explore new markets.
 Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
 Managing accounts for repetitive business.
 Assist in preparation of relevant briefings, presentations and proposals to be delivered by the Qick Televentures.
 Conduct market intelligence on funding opportunities and competitor activities.

Skills and competencies
 A Bachelors degree in Marketing or any other business related degree.
 At least 3 years experience in Business Development/sales from the telecom industry
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to deal effectively at all levels.
 Demonstrable ability to understand customers’ business requirements, deal with complex projects and put together holistic solutions.
