Vision Control Operator

Local Productions Kenya Limited seeks to appoint an experienced candidate in the role of Vision Control Operator. This position reports to the Producer/ Director and will be based at our offices in Nairobi with frequent visits to the field, working over the weekends, pubic holidays and for long hours. This is a contract position.

Output

• Line up and transmit picture quality of the cameras used on a given production.
• Judge & predict picture quality and quickly correct the settings as the picture changes.
• White balancing/ line up and test all cameras before any given production to ensure they are all color correct.
• Monitor picture quality to have correct brightness throughout the production by controlling contrast, color and give it a natural appeal.

Experience And Qualifications Required.

·         Computer literate.

·         Good technical experience in a production.

·         Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in production.

·         Diploma in related studies, a degree will be an added advantage.
