Front Office Administrator
Local Productions Kenya Limited seeks to
appoint an experienced candidate in the role of Front Office Administrator. This position reports to the Facilities
Manager and will be based at our
offices in Nairobi with frequent visits to the field, working over the
weekends, pubic holidays and for long hours. This is a contract position.
Skills & Experience
- Perform General Office
support
- Generator service and
maintenance response
- Fleet management
Support
- Maintenance of fuel
cards, assigning drivers, and route plans review.
- Organizing Vehicle
insurance and valuations, Vehicle service.
- Knowledge of
mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs
- Door access for staff,
data entry and creation of staff log in details.
- General maintenance of
office equipment repairs and replacement
- City Council Licenses
for vehicles, office and business and outdoor advertisement licenses.
- Parking management
both staff and customers
- Security guards
updates
- Attend to security
issues raised by guards within the compound, parking related issues;
attend to alarm response team, repair maintenance of alarms.
- Review of car records
maintained
- All utilities Water
& Electricity queries
- External client
Liaison – calls from suppliers
- Facilitating renewal
of running contracts for equipment maintenance and other service
contracts.

Education Qualifications
& Experience
- At least 2-3 years’
experience as an office admin in a busy work workplace.
- Strong interpersonal
skills, communication and customer service skill
- Multi-tasking, work
under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal &
written communication skills.
- Eloquent and
proficient in speaking the English language.
