Job Purpose
The objective of the job is to plan, schedule and execute planned maintenance activities with continuous improvement for all factory equipment in order to deliver reliability of assets for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling flow process including spares management, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency.
• Classification of equipment and provision of the scope of the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair, preventive and predictive activities on the organization’s plant and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance supervision to schedule manpower and resources for the most effective production and maintenance outcomes.
• Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability and maintenance department performance.
• Convert the organization’s asset management and maintenance strategy into workplace activities.

Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical engineering
• Have at least 5 years maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment in a FMCG Factory.
• Experience in use of TPM tools and continuous improvement concepts.
• Project Management skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical and problem solving skills with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
