ASSISTANT SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR
(NON MEDICAL) –LOG DESK DEPARTMENT

It also endeavours to prevent suffering by promoting and strengthening International Humanitarian Law and universal humanitarian principles.
The ICRC Logistic Centre in Nairobi (Industrial Area) is seeking an experienced & highly motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Supply Chain Administrator(Non Medical).

Responsibilities:
Maintains relations with customers and other ICRC departments;
Implement ICRC order management strategy for each family of product;
Responsible for uploading of supply requests into the ICRC ERP system;
Ensures that item codes in the supply requests are correct and correspond to the original order;
Informs customers and other ICRC departments regularly on the progress of the open orders;
Ensures strict control of quality for the sales orders;
Provides analytical reports on orders per customer;
Ensures all related information is available in the local database and filing system;
Plans regular stock items in the ICRC ERP system including forecasts, with the MRP tool.

Minimum requirements:
Holder of a Degree in Logistics or its equivalent from a recognized university;
At least 5 years  experience in a similar field ;
Excellent command of written and spoken English(knowledge of French is an asset);
Advanced Computer Skills(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Databases), fluent internet user;
Driving license will be an added advantage.
