Executive Admin assistant – designs job in Nairobi
Are you passionate with designing? Our client,a Studio is seeking for an executive Admin assistant to join their dedicated team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing general administrative support to the office and staff
• identifying new business and selling services to potential clients;
• keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry
• Assisting the administration team with the upkeep of all reference materials
• Responding to general business inquiries and providing relevant, accurate information to client
• Taking client briefs, and assembling client information for design development
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
• Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Administration or other related field.
• 2 years’ experience in the same capacity
• Experience in interior designs is an added advantage.
• Have good conceptualization skills and the ability to assist in the development of preliminary design concepts into viable design solutions
• Good administration and Communications kills
