Human Resources Manager

Our client is a fast-growing International Pharmaceutical Company with a proven track record of developing, manufacturing and marketing high quality pharmaceutical formulations at affordable prices for the global market. They are seeking to recruit for the position of HR Generalist. The Ideal candidate MUST have at least 4 years experience with excellent skills in Talent acquisition.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
·        
          Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
·         Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
·         Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
·         Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
·         Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
·         Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
·         Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
·         Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Qualification and Experience
·        
        The Candidate should have a Degree in Human Resource from a Recognized University.
·         Excellent Communication skills in English. Local language is an absolute preference.
·         IT Savvy with good hand on experience in MS- Excel, PowerPoint and Access / any RDBMS software like Oracle or SQL.
·         Outstanding organization and planning skills.
·         Self driven with high level of integrity and professionalism.
·         Good Interpersonal skills and an eye for smart observation.
