Our client, one of the largest insurance groups in the region, with well-established insurance operations in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania as well as leading subsidiaries in fund management and corporate trusteeship is seeking to recruit PERSONAL FINANCIAL ADVISORS- ELITE who are self-driven and highly independent to work under LIFE ASSURANCE department.
This is a highly rewarding commission job with some a retainer based on your performance

 Responsibilities:
• Sell insurance and investment plans to prospective and existing individual and corporate clients
• Create a long term business relationship with new clients while managing relationships with existing clientele
• Meet and exceed exciting a and aggressive work targets
• Work in a high pressure, fast paced entrepreneurial environment with minimum supervision.

 Qualifications:
• An appropriate qualification/training in sales and marketing
• 2 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor in Insurance
• Result oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines and meet set sales targets.
• A high sales drive and a passionate with a will to succeed through personal effort.
