Duties and Responsibilities
§  Responsible for the intake of the old people and of the Multiple Handicapped.
§  Look after a smooth organization of the day care of Multiple Handicapped Children and make timetables for the staff and receive the reports of the staffs at the end of the day.
§  Networking with other programmes e.g. Diocesan departments, Children Office, Chief’s office and NGO’s.
§  Guiding and supervising the home visitors on how to do their work and advise/assist them they need help.
§  Responsible for the organization of monthly meetings for the home visitor/care takers.
§  Visiting and guiding the clients, Multiple Handicapped Children and relatives, community when there is social problem and it is too complicated for the home visitor.
§  Keeping an up to date client lists and changing when necessary.
§  Making monthly reports and handing over to the Coordinator.
§  Any other duties as may be specified from time to time.

Desired Qualifications
§  Certificate in social work/social sciences
§  Guidance and counseling is an asset
§  Two years experience working with old and Multiple Handicapped Children
§  Basic computer knowledge
§  A recommendation letter from the parish priest
