Programme and Project Management

The company is in the processing of recruiting, training and developing a pool of high calibre individuals to work as accredited trainers and consultants on contractual basis (i.e. need basis from time to time) as follows.


Minimum Job Requirements
 At least a Masters degree in any closely related field from a recognised university.
 A good first degree in any discipline. Those with first degree in project management, Engineering and Business related field will have an added advantage.
 Holder of a valid PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
 Valid PMP certification will be an added advantage but not a must.
 Minimum of 5 years hands on/demonstrated Project Management experience.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Demonstrated passion for imparting knowledge through training and consulting to others in the project management profession e.g. facilitating training programmes, setting up PMOs and providing expert project management advice to organisations.
 Excellent training, facilitation, planning and problem solving skills.
 Attention to detail and ability to produce deliverables which are of a high standard.
 Can work under pressure and possesses high energy levels.
 Should be ready and willing to travel extensively across Africa.
