The company is in the processing of recruiting, training and developing a pool of high calibre individuals to work as accredited trainers and consultants on contractual basis (i.e. need basis from time to time) as follows.


Minimum Job Requirements
 At least a Masters degree in software engineering will be an added advantage.
 A good first degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any closely
related field from a recognised university.
 Minimum of 5 years hands on/demonstrable software engineering experience.
 Proof of direct involvement in development of commercial software system.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Demonstrated passion for imparting knowledge through training and consulting on software projects.
 Excellent training, facilitation, planning and problem solving skills.
 Attention to detail and ability to produce deliverables which are of a high standard.
 Can work under pressure and possesses high energy levels.
 Should be ready and willing to travel extensively across Africa.
