Quality Manager, South Sudan/Kenya



Based in Nairobi, Kenya, this individual will be responsible for maintaining a Quality Assurance Programme (QAP) for the Kenya & South Sudan programmes in accordance with MAF International’s Quality Manual. The post-holder will be crucial in promoting a quality culture within the programme.

Responsibilities will include establishing a schedule and budget for regular audits to monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System; managing the Corrective & Preventative Action Database; seeking opportunities for improvement of processes and procedures, determining root cause analysis on identified issues; establishing the effectiveness of corrective actions taken; liaising with the Safety Management System by participating in the Programme Safety Action Groups and the Occupational Health and Safety Committee.

In addition, the successful candidate may be required to assist the MAF Africa Regional Quality Manager by conducting quality audits of other MAF programmes and giving oversight to and assisting in running of QAP’s in the region.

Previous experience of quality auditing is preferred. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
