Administrative Assistant

 Key responsibilities: • Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls in a prompt and professional manner. 
• Greet and assist any visitors in a professional, helpful and enthusiastic manner.
• Manage company directories 
• Manage data entry in databases 
• As the Administrative Assistant you will order supplies for the copy and break rooms as well as for individual departments and branches
• Proactively work with Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure best options are being ordered to maintain costs 
• Maintain break/supply rooms ensuring that they are neat, organized and stocked 
• Arrange maintenance for copy room equipment, break room appliances and any maintenance for the building. 
• Distribute mail and shipments 
• Generate reports, presentations and correspondence using MS Office applications 
• Coordinate Travel for our internal/external offices
