COMMERCIAL MANAGER (Real estate)

3years experience in selling & letting & management of high end commercial properties
-Must have efficient marketing & negotiation skills of contracts
-Must follow up on commercial agency clients while ensuring that they receive the necessary documentation/information
-Must be able to draft heads of Terms & incorporate tenants requirements into standard documents
-Must be able to inspect the commercial agency properties to ensure that they conform to the company's criteria
-Must be able to liaise with various landlords' advocates to ensure that the various standard documents are promptly drafted updated & amended

REQUIREMENTS:
.Degree in Land Economics or any other related field
.Registered Estate Agent
.Valid Drivers license
