Customer Care Representatives

Job Role
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
A Fresh Graduate 2012-2013
A combination of Economics or Statistics with any other Major or Minor (NO CPA or ACCA)
Proficiency in computer packages especially excel, internet and word.
Good communication both verbal and written
Good organization skills
Attention to detail

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000
