Assistant Programme Manager - Governance Advocacy

JOB SUMMARY: 
The incumbent will provide strategic and technical direction for Concern’s governance and advocacy programmes in Marsabit County.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
•A Degree in Social Sciences preferably in Law, Political Science or Public Administration •At least 3 years’ experience in governance programing with a bias towards a Human Rights Based Approach to Development •Proven competency in programme cycle management and application of advocacy strategies to promote positive development outcomes. •Experience in drafting legal opinions and policy briefs is an added advantage •Strong knowledge of decentralized governance in general and specifically Kenya’s devolved structure
