Customer Care Representative

POSITION: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE.
JOB CATEGORY: Hotel Industry and Events Organizing.
LOCATION: Nairobi.
JOB DESCRICPTION: Our client is a fast growing events service provider from weddings to Corporates Events in the Country and beyond. Its an enterprise anchored around the hotel industry and works with other Service provider in the related fields.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school or General Educational Development diploma.
2. One to two years of Customer Service Experience, especially in the hotel industry.
3 .Degree or Diploma in the related field will be an added advantage.
4. Great knowledge and familiarity in the Hotel Industry, Decor and indoor lighting, tents and general events organizing logistics.
5. Computer proficiency. Excellent in using of Excel, Access and Email outlook.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The person said will be the first contact to guests and customers which will be a critical part to the Company. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
2. Customer Care representative will answer the incoming phone calls from customers talk, listen and help resolve customer issues. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
3. The person will Show guest around the company facilities, explaining about the decor, tents, chairs etc. available in the company.
4. Will make follow ups on new and existing customers and maintain a good rapport with them even after they are long gone.
5 The position will ensure that guests are happy from the moment they step into the business premises until they leave.
