Job Description

Our client a leading insurance that offers Insurance services is looking for self-driven and highly independent sales Agents (personal Financial Advisors) to join their dedicated team.
Duties and Responsibilities
o Sell insurance and investment plans to prospective and existing individual and corporate clients
o Create long-term business relationship with new clients while managing relationships with existing clientele
o Meet and exceed exciting and aggressive work targets;
o Work in a high pressure, fast –paced entrepreneurial environment with minimum supervision.
 
Qualifications
o Have a minimum education level of K.S.C.E. C +
o 1 year sales experience in insurance industry.
o Must be computer literate;
o Mature, Confident, Articulate and with strong communication skills;
o Resulted oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines and meet set sales targets;
o A high sales drive and a passionate will to succeed through personal effort;
o Well groomed, presentable and strong interpersonal skills
