Early Childhood Education Trainer

Little Steps, a Childcare Center for children 3 months to 5 years of age, is looking to fill the position of Early Childhood Education Trainer.

Position Objectives
- Train Center Coordinators, Caregivers, Cooks, and Roamers on the quality standards and policies & procedures of Little Steps- Train Center Coordinators and Caregivers in the Little Steps’ Curriculum, how to use it, and how to adapt use of it if needed to different children’s levels
- As needed, adapt Little Steps’ Curriculum
- Train Center Coordinators and Caregivers on how to effectively observe children during the day and communicate important information and developments to families through Little Steps platforms and other family interactions
- Monitor center employees and centers to ensure that the quality standards and policies & procedures, curriculum, and communication platforms are implemented properly at Little Steps
- Liaise with Educational Institutions to stay appraised of ECE developments
- Recruit Center Coordinators, Caregivers, and Roamers
- Liaise with Relevant Government Bodies and other
Organizations to positively represent Little Steps
 
Qualifications Required
- Bachelors in early Childhood Education/Development
- Masters in early Childhood Education/Development a plus
- Diploma in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or
Project Management a plus
- 7+ years teaching ECE in an ECE training institute or school
- Excellent English language skills, oral, written and reading
- Passion for children
- Excellent computer and typing abilities
