Relationship Manager


The Relationship Manager will join a team whose role is to broaden income avenues by attracting and retaining high net worth customers. He/she will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients so as to develop and manage the company’s business portfolio. The Relationship Managers will be required to build credibility quickly and establish strong partnerships across a wide and complex network of public and private stakeholders and clientele.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage the successful execution of new and existing strategies and company targets.
  2. Build credible and customer focused relationships with both public and private sector organisations, intermediaries and direct business clients.
  3. Research, create and follow up on potential new business opportunities and partnerships while maintaining high value relationships with existing partners.
  4. Maximize the use of technology in business generation and client service.
 Minimum Requirements
  1. A Degree in a business or marketing field with relevant industry qualifications including marketing, insurance, customer service, communications and/or public relations.
  2. Extensive experience and demonstrated success in customer relationship management preferably from the banking sector.
  3. Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  4. A track record of successfully meeting targets
  5. Aged below 35 years
