 Responsibilities - Generation of new contract sales and enhancement of existing client relationships to agreed sales target and margin level, and to continuously achieve sales target on an annual basis - To liaise with regional operations teams (Contract Managers/ Account Managers and Operations Directors) to produce commercially viable solutions in line with the customers’ requirements and expectations - Management of bid process from prospect to mobilization phases ensuring appropriate operational and commercial sign off - To support those responsible for maintaining sales administration, documentation and presentation standards in line with the company procedures. - Participate in workload and forecast review meetings as designated by the Head of Sales  - Development of pipeline to support team/ individual targets including “key client targets”. - To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time - To understand and comply with policies and procedures including carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner
