Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi invites applications for the position of Patient Services Coordinator
Responsibilities
​The incumbent will:
  • Issue credit to corporate patients as per administrative rules
  • Receive, receipt and deposit appropriately cash collected from patients
  • Admit patients in accordance to stipulated guidelines
  • After hours, to charge on behalf of Radiology, Pathology and Inpatient Cashiers
  • Provide efficient and effective front office service to clients
  • Provide appointment booking for patients
Requirements
​Applicants should: 
  • posses a Diploma in Front Office Operations and/or Customer Service
  • have excellent customer service and interpersonal skill
Knowledge of Accounting/Financial Management and proficiency in MS Office packages will be an added advantage
