Role purpose and scope:

Role Accountabilities:
 • Partner with the HRBPs when required, to identify Learning and Leadership needs through Performance consulting, in order to address people development needs required to meet business strategic objectives.
• Identify learning solutions and other non-learning issues relevant to business performance improvement
• In partnership with the HRBP, provide L&D expertise & insight at business meetings, either directly to the Cluster LLT Head or to a wider management team.
• Deliver aligned and seamless learning plans and analysis to the business.
• Project manage delivery of Learning and Leadership interventions in line with the Business goals
• Ensure effective pilots and TtT of newly developed learning programmes
• Train and facilitate learning and leadership programmes in country
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the relevant role players in the learning and leadership value chain namely the Demand Lead, LLT Heads, other SDP’s, DP’s, solution design team, delivery team, vendors and clients in order to ensure impactful learning
• Maximise utilization of internal learning solutions and synergies in all learning and leadership propositions, across all business areas, optimising spend..
• Ensure effective evaluation and measurement of business impact of key learning and leadership programmes and use for business decision making
• Leverage and research best- and next practices to provide leading edge innovative learning solutions to the clients, and share this research with the team..
• Engage with and build an external LLT network to ensure continuous updating of current best practise and leading edge knowledge of learning.

General responsibilities related to the HR Specialist pillar:

• Work in collaboration with the Learning Solutions teams to present an integrated LL&D delivery model.
• Leverage internal governance, policies and processes as appropriate to agree; objectives, outcomes, communication and embedding practices, timescales, budget, ROI expectations etc.
• Ensure adherence to HR/Group policies and standards, Governance and internal controls relating to learning activities.
• Keeps informed of leading practices, monitor and evaluate market trends in their areas of specialty.
• Monitors plans, solutions, vendors and employee feedback to drive continual improvement
• Draw out trends and meaningful insights based on data analytics & modelling that will support desired business outcomes.
• Aligns the learning agenda with the needs and directions of the Clusters/divisions.
• Partner in consulting with the business to create innovative plans and solutions when standardized products are not sufficient.
• Monitor and evaluate consistency and harmonisation of learning policies, processes and solutions across the enterprise as appropriate.
• Partner with the HRBPs when required, to identify Learning and Leadership needs through Performance consulting, in order to address people development needs required to meet business strategic objectives.

• Contribute to high level design of learning solutions.
• Project manage the implementation of learning and leadership programmes in country
• Evaluate the business impact of learning interventions
• Facilitate learning and leadership programmes and team interventions
